of Nièvre, amidst the great lakes of the Morvan where there
are so many opportunities for physical and sporting activities in
countryside which is protected, peaceful, untamed and unspoilt , La
Vieille Auberge is happy to welcome you for a meal, for a week-end
or for several days of peaceful relaxation. Lake St Agnan, just a few metres from the Auberge, cannot be used by motorised boats and so it offers a safe environment for swimming, angling, windsurfing or rambling. If you are looking for a change of scenery, you will surely find it here; from the dam you can’t see any houses round the lake. There is just peace and quiet.........In addition since we are in the heart of the Morvan Park, you can easily access other attractive places in Burgundy, such as Vézelay, Autun, Bibracte, Alésia, Beaune, Dijon ........ A natural setting but not far from anywhere......... |
